Rooted in Legacy. Built for Community.
Established in 2011, our story connects the Jeremiah Memorial Foundation, Operation Make A Difference, Ignite Richmond, and The Starlings Foundation. Each chapter carries forward a commitment to people, opportunity, and community.
Our work honors Ma and Pop—their love, guidance, and belief in what people can become. Our seven birds carry that legacy forward: Ma and Pop leading together in gold, our founder following in teal, and four children behind in coral. Their graduated sizes reflect the next generation growing into its own possibilities.
Today, six connected entities unite research, education, workforce development, community and transition support, wellness, housing, and leadership. Programs in development are identified as such; service availability depends on the required approvals, staffing, and partnerships.
